SEXUAL ASSAULT AWARENESS WEEK (SAAW)

Please join The Sexual Assault Response and Prevention Center (SARP), the Center for Gender, Sexuality, and Activism (CGSA), The Feminist Collective, Students for Reproductive Justice, and the Queer Activist Collective as we kick off this year’s Sexual Assault Awareness Week!

This week will be filled with positivity, empowerment, education, and fabulous free Sexual Assault Awareness Week t-shirts provided by SARP (available to be picked up in the CGSA)!

The events for the week (3/31-4/4) are as follows:

All Week: The Clothesline Project presented by SARP

Monday: SARP Presents: Pornography, Sex, Violence, and Masculinity: What the Data Says in the Kenmore Classroom Building (Room 101) at 7:00.

Tuesday: The Crossover Between Reproductive Justice and Sexual Assault: An interactive forum with Student for Reproductive Justice in the Center for Gender Sexuality and Activism at 5:00pm.

Wednesday: Film Screening: The Invisible War in the Center for Gender, Sexuality, and Activism at 7:00.

Thursday: Creating Cards of Positivity: Writing Messages of Empowerment to Survivors in the Center for Gender Sexuality and Activism at 6:30-8:00.

Friday: Trauma and Survivorship in the LGBTQ* Community in the Center for Gender Sexuality and Activism at 4:00.
